In the world of boring sports, it is rare to hear of anything noteworthy. A week prior to spring sports tryouts, MSHSAA notified golf and tennis coaches that they are looking into a possible season change. As of right now, in the fall, there is women’s golf and women’s tennis.

South varsity cross country came in second place in the districts race last Saturday, Oct. 26, at Kearney, securing them a spot in the sectional meet- the last qualifying race before state.
Sometimes not seen due to celebrating in the stands, the extra point is very crucial in the game of football.
“Just as the program is transitioning, the players now have to transition from supporting players to key players,” said new head coach John Sedler.
