The Thing about “Stranger Things”

People everywhere are obsessing over the new show “Stranger Things”, but what’s so strange that’s got everyone hooked?

“Stranger Things” is a Netflix original TV series about three 12-year-old boys, Lucas, Dustin and Mike trying to find their missing friend Will. While they are searching in the woods on one rainy night, they find a girl with no hair running through the woods. They take her to Mike’s house and befriend her.

They eventually find out that her name is Eleven and she has psychic abilities, and she, in return for their friendship, helps them find Will from a monster called the Demogorgon in a mysterious alternate world called the upside down.

The “Stranger Things” cast includes Millie Bobby Brown (Eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Noah Schnapp (Will) and award-winning actress Winona Ryder (Joyce Byers).

I think all the actors in the show do an exceptional job. They always look like they really are going through the struggles that their character is going through. They are so great at acting and persuading the audience that something is real. Absolutely thumbs up on acting.

The music in “Stranger Things” is definitely my favorite soundtrack of all time. I love every song and feel like each piece is placed perfectly with the screenplay. The electronic vibe in the soundtrack gives off a mysterious feel and makes the show more intense than it would be otherwise.

The music in “Stranger Things” is composed by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stien. There are 32 music selections in the entire first season, and every one of them fits so perfectly with the show, it makes me want to listen to them forever. Thumbs up all the way!

Overall I think “Stranger Things” is an amazing sci-fi show that should not be missed.
