South Soccer Face Rivals Park Hill

Tomorrow night, Wednesday Sept. 19th, the boys soccer team face the Park Hill Trojans at home at 6:30. South players and fans are excited to get this game started and defeat our rivals. Be sure to come out and support our boys as they try to improve their record, which currently stands at 7-2.

Emmy Hanlon, senior, is especially excited for this game. “This is the most seniors we’ve had on the soccer team since I’ve been here, and I think it’s gonna be a really intense game.”

Hanlon and friends plan to paint up in purple and white to show their school spirit. Hopefully the crowd’s enthusiasm can pump up the team enough to pull off a big victory.

“I can’t wait for the big game on Wednesday,” says Jessica Lee, senior. “I’m even blowing off studying for my AP Calc test the next day, haha”.

South students are all looking forward to the rivalry game and showing their Purple Panther Pride. Make sure you support our team!
