A day filled with upsets. A record setting six teams in the Top 10 lost on Saturday. Baylor, Kansas, Kentucky, Virginia, West Virginia and Arizona among those who lost. This was a vital week for teams in the Top 10 to be on top of their conference and most of them did not live up to the standards. One of the biggest losses came to Kansas, who lost their first game at home in over two years which is an NCAA record for most consecutive wins on a home court.

Kansas fan Connor Lee said, “That was only the second loss I have ever been since I have had season tickets and it was very depressing.”

For two weeks in a row Gonzaga has been ranked number 1. Gonzaga is the only undefeated team left in Division I basketball. Though the Zags do not have a very tough schedule it is very tough to remain undefeated. With March coming up and the end of the season, teams will be looking to get as many wins as they can to make it in as the final 68 teams.
