Fall Places to Visit

Red Barn Farm
16300 Wilkerson Rd, Weston, MO 64098
Red Barn Farm is one of my favorite places to see pumpkins, live animals, and even go on hayrides at no cost! This is your all-in-one stop for fall festivities. As you walk through, you get the real experience of an active farm, with areas filled with pigs, goats, chickens, and just about any farm animal you can think of. You have the option to feed the animals, as you get a hand full of food for a low cost of 25¢. They also have a “country mart” with little knick knacks and other produce items that are homegrown there at the farm. Overall, you get your conventional fall and farm feels from Red Barn Farm, at no price for the whole family.

Carolyn’s Country Cousins
17607 NE 52nd St, Liberty, MO 64068
This is where the fun happens. Carolyn’s offers everything from pig races to fun runs. This is fun for the whole family. They also offer a petting area, loaded with farm animals. The pig races are one of more lively parts of the show, as Uncle Lester comes out to introduce the porkers known as Ham’n Eggs, Lean Cuisine, and Porkchop. To reach the pumpkin patch you take a short wagon ride to multiple acres filled with varying sized and priced pumpkins. Carolyn’s Country Cousins is also free, but merchandise does cost.
